Ocean House: Ocean House rooms are located at the southern end of Sea Island on the Atlantic Ocean and accommodate up to four people (two adults with not more then two children). Many rooms feature a balcony or patio overlooking the ocean; others offer marsh, river and landscape views. Rooms offer one king bed or two queen beds and a large bathroom with a separate dressing area. Amenities include plush robes, Penhaligon's amenities, Egyptian cotton linens, down comforters, stocked mini-bars, and more.
Oceanfront Parlor Suite: Oceanfront Parlor Suites accommodate up to four people (two adults with not more than two children). Suites are comprised of a bedroom with a full bathroom and a large living room with another full bathroom. All suites offer a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Suites have either one king bed or two queens. Guest room amenities include: Penhaligon's amenities, plush robes, remote-control color televisions, two-line telephones with message alert, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, in-room safes and more.
Guest House Superior Room: Guest House rooms accommodate up to four people (two adults with no more than two children) and are located steps away from the beach. Guest House Suites: Guest House Suites accommodate up to five people (two adults with not more than three children). Suites are comprised of a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. The Terrace Houses are located between the beach and tennis center.
